Construction and Evaluation of Air Force Equipment Maintenance System

从空军装备维修体系的定义入手,深入分析了装备维修体系的构成要素;给出了维修体系建设的影响模式及维修保障能力的生成模式;在此基础上,提出了评价维修体系的改进模糊评价方法,并运用该方法对美、俄、台和我空军装备维修体系进行了量化对比,分析了维修保障能力的影响因素;最后依据评价结果给出了空军装备维修体系的建设原则.

Started with the definition of air force equipment maintenance system, the essentials of the system were analyzed, the influence mode of maintenance system construction and the build mode of maintenance ability were given. Then, the improved fuzzy evaluation method was proposed and used to appraise US, Russia, Taiwan province and China's air force maintenance system, and the influence factors of maintenance ability were analyzed. Based on the results, the construction principles of air force maintenance system were presented.
