摘要
基于仿真的装备管理(simulation-based material management, SBMM)是一种将建模与仿真(M&S)技术强健、协同地应用于武器系统全寿命过程的先进管理方法,是M&S工具和资源跨管理职能部门、跨管理项目、跨管理阶段的集成;提出SBMM的基本构想及概念模型;在分析SBMM特征的基础上给出SBMM管理模式的实现途径.
Simulation based material management (SBMM) is an advanced management approach in applying the modeling and simulation (M&S) technology in a robust and collaborative way to the entire life cycle of weapon system. It is the integration of M&S tools and resources across management functional departments, programs and phases. This paper presents the basic vision and conception model of SBMM. Based on the analysis of character of SBMM, the realizable ways of SBMM are provided.
