With the background of economic globalization, the macroeconomic policies of various countries are more prone to be affected by each other. Therefore, it is necessary to internationally coordinate macroeconomic policies. Under the conditions of economic interdependence, a county must conduct international policy coordination in order to achieve internal and external equilibrium and avoid costs brought by decentralized decision-making. In reality, economists have designed numerous plans for international coordination with specific regulations, which have generated a great impact and are of great importance to international policy coordination and its institutional arrangements.
