不育公马内分泌检测进展
摘要
在能育、低育和不育公马之间脑垂体和睾丸内分泌功能表现特异性改变 高比例自发性低育或不育公马已被确诊原发性睾丸退化特征,表现渐进性睾丸软化和缩小、内分泌不平衡和差的精液指数 近来的证据指出局部的调节因子比如抑制素、胰岛素和生长因子-1是重要的甾类产生和精子发生的调制器 许多不同的内分泌/旁分泌/自分泌测试评定睾丸功能。
