古典政治经济学中的制度分析与完善社会主义市场经济体制的七点思考

Institutional Analysis in Classical Political Economics and Some Thoughts on Perfecting Socialist Market Economic System

到目前为止 ,我们只是初步建立了社会主义市场经济体制的基本框架 ,还有艰巨的完善任务。辩证而历史地看 ,古典政治经济学关于市场经济的制度分析虽然是针对资本主义生产方式确立与成长时期所产生的问题而展开研究的 ,但我们在改革中建设社会主义初级阶段的条件下 ,社会主义市场经济所暴露出来的诸多社会经济问题 ,与资本主义生产方式确立与成长时期所产生的问题 ,有较多的相同之处。为此 ,本文在理论上综述了古典政治经济学关于市场经济的制度分析 ,并在实践上 ,结合我国市场经济运行与过去2 0余年体制改革中所产生的一些问题 ,对如何完善社会主义市场经济体制提出了七点建设性建议。

By now,we only build the basic system of socialist market economy,the task of perfecting it is very difficult.Although in institutional analysis field,classical political economics is aimed at the questions existing in the periods of capitalism's coming into being and development,the issues we facing in socialism's initial stage are very much alike the ones in capitalism's coming into being and development periods.So it is useful to study the institutional ananlysis of classical political economists.The essay has tried this kind of study and gives some useful countermeatures on how to perfect socialist market economic system.
