窖泥与泥窖是生产浓香型白酒必不可少的原料和设施 ,窖泥质量的好坏 ,泥窖长、宽比例合理与否 ,同所生产的浓香型白酒质量息息相关。科学合理地培养窖泥 ,充分利用场地 。
Pit mud and mud fermentation pit are absolutely necessary in the production of Luzhou-flavour liquor, and the quality of pit mud and the proportion of length and width of the fermentation pit are of vital importance in ensuring the quality of liquor. Accordingly, distilleries especially those who produce Luzhou-flavour liquor should think highly of the cultivation of pit mud scientifically and logically and building of fermentation pit by full use of the spot scientifically.
