Administering the country with the Constitution is the basic requirement of the policy of administering the country with law. By analyzing the significance of the Constitution in building a nomocracy, this paper stresses the importance of further consummation of our Constitution Violating Censorship so as to ensure the application of the Constitution and how to consummate it.
