国家海事局在全国船检管理工作会议上提出 提高检验质量 把好安全源头关

2001年全国船检管理工作会议于7月初在哈尔滨召开.来自全国各有关部门、船检单位和中国船级社的代表参加了会议.农业部渔船检验局作为特邀代表出席了会议.交通部副部长、国家海事局局长洪善祥发表书面讲话.

The 2001 Working Meeting on National Ship Survey Management was held in Harbin in early July. Representatives from related governmental departments, ship survey units and CCS attended the meeting. The Fishing Ship Survey Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture was specially invited to the meeting. Hong Shanxiang, vice minister of the Ministry of Communications and General Director of China State Maritime Safety Administration delivered a written speech at the meeting.Liu Gongchen, Executive Vice General Director of the Maritime Safety Administration made a work report, which reviewed the past 45 years' history and major achievements and made arrangements for ship survey work in the future.
