“11.24”海难至今已经一年多,随之而来的对渤海湾客滚船所进行的安全大整顿也告一段落。这次整顿与以前的专项安全整顿有什么不同,船公司在整顿过程中经历了怎样的“洗礼”,整改的成果将如何“锁定”?记者走坊了渤海湾有关部门。
Over a year since the disaster on 24th November 1999, the rectification of passenger and ro-ro ships in Bohai Bay has come to a close. The rectification is strict and comprehensive. No ships with potential risks are allowed to operate in the area. Bohai Bay has been no longer a 'disaster-stricken ' area but become a demonstration for guaranteed shipping safety.
