在水基金属加工液中使用杀菌剂来控制微生物的繁殖,首先要求杀菌剂有较强的杀菌效果,其次必须与加工液的其他成分相容,同时要避免对人体健康和环境造成危害,并且要对加工液合理维护以充分发挥杀菌剂的作用。
The way of using biocides is a main method to control microorganisms in metalworking fluids.In order to obtain good effects on contr olling,the biocides must reduce mic roorganisms effectively,and has good compatibility with other component s of the fluids.At the same time,it sh ould be lack of hazards to human health and environment.Besides,pr oper maintenances for metalworking fluids can improve the effect of bio-cides.
