消费者从市场购得产品后发现内藏异物的新闻,屡见不鲜。生产商不但要回收问题产品,蒙受经济损失,还要赔上经营多年的信誉。为确保产品包装后不受污染,保障消费者的安全,准确高效的检测过程实不可少。目前,称重检测仪器在我国食品工业中的应用已经相当普及,随着新科技的引进,X-射线检测仪器的设计和应用,将为厂家提供另一个高效且准确的检测方案。
The first generation of x-ray inspectors had serious shortcomings in that the single inspection system had difficulty in detecting small contaminants in certain areas of the container. The double inspection technology illustrated in this article overcomes this liability through double-checking for double safety.
