The goal, principles, tasks, the general idea of overall scheme, main composition and operating flow and the present progress of the system for car number automatic identification system (ATIS) are elaborated. Some keys to technology for the main application of ATIS system are briefly summarized. The working modes of ATIS system, the application modes of CPS system and the label programming network and its work are introduced.
