摘要
在皮肤移植过程中,受皮区皮片成活后常出现色素沉着,外伤和炎症部位愈合后也出现色素沉着。特别是在暴露部位,影响了容貌。作者从1989年2月起分别对2例面部晒斑和2例手部植皮后的色素沉着患者采用手术削除含色素的表皮层,人为造成相当于浅Ⅱ度烧伤的创面,在药物的保护下使创面愈合,这样创面愈合后色素沉着被消除。
In the process of skin grafts the doner's skin usually developes pigmentation. Pigmentation also appears over the surface of healed trauma or inflamation, thus influence the beauty of exposed part of the body. Since Feb. 1989, the author has treated four pigmentary cases by operation which was performed by removeing the epidermis with pigmentation. The operated parts appeared as superficial second degree burn. It was protected by the medical eintment, then the wounds were gradually healed up. Thus, the pigmentation was eliminated.
