掌指关节侧副韧带切除术(附24例报告)

Excision of the Collateral Ligaments of the Metacarpophalangeal Joint

作者应用掌指关节侧副韧带切除术治疗掌指关节伸直位纤维性僵直24例,随访6月～1年,全部病例关节屈曲正常,握拳动作有力。该手术不适用于第一掌指关节。手部损伤后较长时间伸直位固定掌指关节,该关节侧副韧带在松弛情况下可发生挛缩,这不仅是掌指关节屈曲受限的原因,也是设计治疗或预防该病方法的病理生理基础。

24 cases of stiffness in extension of the metacarpophalangeal joint were treated, with excision of the collateral ligaments. After followup for 6 months to 1 year it revealed good or fair results in all cases. This surgical procedure may be considered for a joint in which the cartilage contours are normal and the basic cause of limited motion is due to contracture of the collateral ligaments from prolonged immobilization in extension, but it is contraindicated for metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb.
