摘要
作者测定了79名矽尘作业工人和82名对照组工人血清脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量,结果是矽尘作业组(5.866±1.872μmol/L)显著高于健康对照组(4.792±1.634μmol/L),并随接尘工龄的延长而明显增加。因此认为矽尘作业工人机体脂质过氧化反应呈现活跃状态,参与了二氧化硅引发的肺纤维形成的病理过程,因此给接尘工人采用抗氧化剂如维生素E等进行预防性投药,抑制机体脂质过氧化反应,有可能延长矽肺的发病工龄,为矽肺的预防开辟一条新途径。
The serum content of malonaldehyde (MDA), the product of lipidperoxide, was measured in 79 people working in silicious dust and 82 controls. The results showed that MDA in the people working in silicious dust was significantly higher than that of controls,and lipid peroxidation (LPO) was apparently increased with the length of working years in silicious dust. It was concluded that LPO, which was in active state in the people working in silicious dust, was involved in the pathological process of pulmonary fibrosis formation caused by SiO_2.
