摘要
Mondor's病又名胸腹壁浅静脉血栓性静脉炎,是一种少见病,目前尚无特效治疗方法。1982年～1990年我院门诊采用中药“静脉炎”片治疗22例,20 d内治愈者占95.5％;对照组12例,20 d内无1例痊愈。
Mondor's disease is a rare disease occurring most often in females. From 1982 to 1990 34 cases were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), among them biopsy was performed in 8 cases. Mondor's disease is a kind of thrombophlebitis of a vein on the antero-lateral thoracoabdominal wall. The thrombosed vein presents as a painful cordlike structure. It may be tautened when the arm is elevated. Among them 22 cases were treated with TCM, the curative ratio on 20 days was 95. 5%, another 12 cases were control group without any drugs, none of the patients in control group was cured naturally on 20 days. The disease is self-limited, the prognosis is well, the control group were all spontaneously cure in about six months. If malignancy is suspected, differential diagnosis will be proceeded, biopsy is indicated.
