摘要
本文报道了30例直肠中下段肿瘤经腹骶手术切除,保留肛门括约肌的手术方法及临床观察结果。本手术在直视下行超低位直肠肿瘤切除,能完好地保留肛门括约肌。术后排便功能恢复良好,从而改善和提高了直肠中下段肿瘤病人术后的生存质量。
From 1989 to December 1991, 30 patients were underwent abdominosacral resection of sphincter-saving for primary tumour of the rectum. In the procedure of operation, the tumour at the lowmiddle portion could be resected under direct vision and the anal sphincter could be preserved. The result of follow-up from 6 months to 2 years after the operation revealed that the rate of pelvic recurrence and metastasis by abdominosacral resection was as the same as that by 'Miles procedure'. The function of anal sphincter could be well recovered as well.
