摘要
在当今高等教育大发展时期 ,针对师专教育所面临的国际国内形势 ,指出师专升格后应突出地方特色 ,走师范教育一体化与多元化相结合的道路 。
On what our teacher's college faces at home and abroad during the rapid development of higher education today, this paper points that three-year teacher's college should take the road combined with integration and multi-polarity showing its local characteristics after being upgraded and it puts forward a suggestion of establishing the Staff Development Oriented Appraisal System in the college.
