脑组织移植物神经元形态学变化的电镜观察 被引量:2

Ultrastructure Study on the Morphological Distortion of Neurons in Cerebral Grafts

摘要 本实验将胎龄为15d的胎鼠大脑皮质移植到中年Wistar大鼠大脑皮质3,1,2区内。移植物成活120d时取材,超薄切片,电镜观察。移植物—宿主脑组织交界区内有形态变异的神经元。Ⅰ类,发育迟缓神经元,胞体呈梭形,胞质内缺乏线粒体。Ⅱ类,分化异常神经元,胞体可发出数条类似正常的“轴突”。Ⅲ类,变性坏死神经元。本文并对上述现象出现的原因进行了探讨。 Whole layer of E_(15) fetal rat cerebral cortex was transplanted into cerebral cortex areas 3, 1, 2 of middle aged Wistar rat. Grafts of 120 days were made into ultrathin slides and observed with electron microscope. There are abnormal neurons in the bounding area between graft and host brain tissue. Ⅰ, Delayed developing cell. The neurons are like spindle, and their plasms lack rER. Ⅱ, Abnormal differentiation cell. The cells have some axons similar to the normal. Ⅲ, Denatured and necrotic cell. The causes of morphological distortion of neurons were also discussed.
