SOD强化刺梨汁对冠心病患者抗脂质过氧化作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道对31例老年冠心病患者服用SOD强化刺梨汁前后血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(SeGSH-Px)活性的测定。结果表明,服药后与服药前比较,血浆MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);红细胞SOD活性升高,但无显著性(P>0.05);SeGSH-Px活性明显升高(P<0.01),提示SOD强化刺梨汁具有不同程度地升高两种抗氧化酶活性的作用,能明显抑制冠心病患者体内的脂质过氧化作用。 We determined MDA in plasma, activity of SOD and Se-GSH-Px in RBC from 31 aged cases of coronary heart disease before and after they took the Ci Li juice respectively. We found that before the patients took the juice, MDA in plasma from patients was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05); activity of SOD and Se-GSH-Px in RBC from patients was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). After the patients took the Ci Li juice, MDA in plasma was significantly reduced and activity of SOD and Se-GSH-Px in RBC was increased in comparison that before they did it. The results showed that the juice had obvious effects scavenging free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation, and may be effective to the cases of coronary heart disease.
