2-[对-(二甲氨基)苯乙烯]碘化甲基吡啶(DSPM)及2-[对-(二甲氨基)苯乙烯]氯化甲基吡啶(DSPM-Cl)能减弱催产素对豚鼠离体子宫的收缩作用,其作用可被增加浴液中的Ca^(2+)浓度所减弱。Ca^(2+)累积量效曲线表明,DSPM与DSPM-Cl能使CaCl_2量效反应曲线右移,最大效应降低,呈非竞争性拮抗。其作用与维拉帕米(Ver)相似,提示DSPM与DSPM-Cl似为一钙拮抗剂。
The contraction of isolated guinea pig uterus induced by oxytocin were markedly inhibited by 2-[p-(dimethylamino)styryl]-1-methylpyridinum iodide (DSPM) and 2-[p-(dimethylamino) styryl]-methylpyridinum chloride (DSPM-Cl). The depression was attenuated by addition of Ca^(2+) to the bath fluid. DSPM and DSPM-Cl, which shifted the cumulative dose-response curvets to the right and depressed the maximal responses to CaCl_2, acted as non-competitive antagonists. These results indicate that DSPM and DSPM-Cl are both effective Ca^(2+)-antagonists very similar to verapamil on isolated guinea pig uteri.
