摘要
作者报道7例妇科手术后发生下肢深静脉栓塞的病例,对其发病年龄、手术种类、发病高危因素、时间、部位、临床表现、诊断及治疗等临床资料作一分析。本病可发生于剖腹术或阴道手术后,是妇科手术后并发症之一。结合文献及本文临床资料,作者着重讨论了下肢深静脉血栓的发病原因、综合性预防措施及中西医结合治疗等问题。
7 cases with thrombosis in leg deep veins after gynecologic operation were reported. The fell(?)ing clinical data were analyzed including the age, operation type, main risk factors, time, involve(?) sites, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment. It is one of the complication of genecologic operation, it may develop after laparotomies and vaginal operations. The causative factors, integrate measures of prevention and treatment and prospect of thrombosis in leg deep veins were discussed.
