香青兰对冠心病患者血浆、血小板脂质过氧化物及TXA_2/PGI_2的影响 被引量:6

A Study of the Effects of LPO and TXA_2/PGI_2 in Plasma and Platelets of the Patients with CHD by Taking Dracocephali Moldavica L

摘要 本文报告36例冠心病患者服用香青兰前后血浆、血小板脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Se-GSHPx);血浆TXB_2及6-Keto-PGF_(1α)的变化。结果发现服用香青兰后患者血浆中LPO、TXB_2、TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_(1α)比值明显降低(P<0.05);SOD、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)明显升高(P<0.05)。血小板中LPO降低(P<0.05)、SOD升高(P<0.01),Se-GSHPx升高但无差异。此结果表明香青兰能调节冠心病患者血浆、血小板脂质过氧化与抗氧化能力及调节TXA_2/PGI_2的平衡。 The activities of SOD, Se-GSHPx and the content of LPO in plasma and platelets and TXB_2, 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) in plasma were determined in 36 patients with CHD by taking Dracocephali Moldavica L. The results showed that the content of LPO,TXB_2 and ratio of TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_(1α) in plasma were significantly decreased, and the LPO in platelets were also significantly decreased; while the activities of SOD and content of 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) were significantly increased. The results suggest that Dreacocephali Moldavica L. could adjust to the balance between lipoperooxidative damage and the capabilities of antioxidation, TXA_2 and PGI_2 in patients with CHD. The findings suggested that Dracocephali Moldavica L. is a hopeful new traditional chinese medicine for treating CHD.
