摘要
作者报告电镜下大鼠心肌内葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)的分布情况。结果表明,G-6-Pase定位在心肌细胞的肌质网膜、核内外膜、线粒体的内外膜和嵴、闰盘处的肌膜、肌间毛细血管内皮细胞的核膜和内质网膜以及红细胞膜上。在上述的不同部位中,该酶的活性是不同的。
The purpose of this report is to study the localization of glucose-6-phosphatase (G-6-Pase) activi-ty in the rat myocardial cells. G-6-Pase activity was found in the membrane of the sarcoplasmic reti-culum, the membrane of the nuclear envelope, the external and internal membranes of mitochondria,the cristae of mitochondria, the sarcolemma of intercalated disks, the membrane of the nuclear enve-lope and the endoplasmic reticulum of the endothelium of capillaries between cardiac muscle cells, and the red cell membrane. The activity of enzyme is different in positions what is mentioned above.
