由于国民经济的飞速发展,水的供需量猛增,在大量开发地下水时,往往造成超采现象,使水位不断下降,从而导致水源枯竭。为保护地下水源提出了作为控制水位的具体应用办法。

Owing to the rapid development of national economy, the water demand increases vioelntly. The over-exploitation of groundwater causes over-extraction and continual lowering of groundwater level, leading to the exhaustion of groundwater resource.To protect the resources, as an index a limiting level is proposed to control the extraction of groundwater, and serves as a practical method to limit the water levels.
