Analyzing the new features of knowledge based economy era,the article points out that in the era science is the core,talented people the key and education the basis.Morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and manually,the author demonstrates the importance of quality education to the talented people and comes to the conclusion that quality education is the pass to the knowledge based economy era.
