复式砖混住宅抗震性能分析

摘要 根据概念设计原理,结合现行规范要求,对复式砖混住宅的抗震性能降低进行了分析,认为这种严重不规则结构在抗震设防区不应采用。对复式住宅与普通住宅在七度设防区的地震作用,用底部剪力法分别算出各自底层墙体的横向地震剪力分配情况,发现在同一处墙体,复式结构比普通结构分配的地震剪力最大的增加了60%左右。由此可见,复式住宅的抗震性能远低于普通住宅。 According to the principle of conceptual design and the demand of the current Code of Seismic Design of Buildings, the auther analyses the lowering of seismic behavior of compound masony-concrete residence, thinks that this serious irregular structure can't be adopted in the region of earthquake fortification. The earthquake force of compound and ordinary residence in the region of earthquake fortification intensity 7 are calculated by means of the bottom shear way. On the basis of the distribution of horizontal earthquake shear around walls of the first floor each other, he also discovers that the earthquake shear of walls of compound structure increases maximum about 60 percent more than ordinary structure. As a result, the seismic behavior of the compound residence are far weaker than the ordinary residence.
