摘要
目的:考察D-(-)-麻黄碱、DL-伪麻黄碱在二氧化碳(CO2)流体中的溶解行为。方法:采用单通路法,手性添加剂法毛细管电冰。结果:当温度为303.15~328.15K(30~55℃)、压力为6.5~20.0 MPa时,D-(-)-麻黄碱、DL-伪麻黄碱性CO2中的溶解度并不随CO2密度增加而升高。结论:D-(-)-麻黄碱和DL-伪麻黄碱在CO2中的溶解行为存在临界异常现象。
Aim: To assess the solubility behavior of D-(-)-ephedrine and DL-pseudoephedrine in CO2 fluid. Methods: Single-pass method and HPCE were applied. Results: The solubilities of D-(-)-ephedrine and DL-pseudoephcdrine didn't increase with increasing density of CO2 at the temperature of 303. 15-328. 15 K (30-55 C ). pressure of 6. 5-20. 0 MPa. Conclusion: Solubility behavior of D(-)-ephedrine and DL-pseudoephedrine in CO2 fluid exists critical phenomena.
