抗药基因MGMT在人脑星形细胞瘤组织中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 6位甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase,MGM T)主要功能是转移并接受DNA双链中鸟嘌呤O6位上异常的烷基,使受损的DNA恢复正常[1].我们检测了MGMT基因在人脑胶质瘤的表达情况,探讨MGMT表达对人脑星形细胞瘤的意义.
