The appearance of the distance education in and abroad is bound to push forward the distance training of the staff rapidly.There is a great need for the distance training and a solid foundation for its growth in the electric power industry.But,to do so,we must solve some key problems such as the option of training modes,the equipment of hardware,the construction of managing system and encouraging measures,the building-up of courseware,teachers and managers.
