浅议教师的心理健康

The Mental Health of Teacher

古往今来,众人谈到心理健康,更多关注的是学生,而很少提及教师,实际上教师的心理健康是教师进行教育工作的基础。通过它教育学生,影响家长,也感染周围一切有关的人,在学校工作中占有极为重要的地位。本篇论文通过阐述教师心理健康的重要性,总结教师存在的心理健康的问题以及原因,探索维护和保持教师心理健康的训练策略,从而为教师的心理健康提供一些建设性意见,使教师能更好的为学生、家长、学校乃至整个社会服务。

Through the ages,as soon as people talk about the mental health,they play more attention to students than teachers.In fact,the mental health of teacher is the base of going to teaching and plays an important role in the school's matters by teaching student,impacting parents and infecting all the relevant men.By elaborating importance of the mental health of teacher,summarizing the problems and reasons of it and exploring the tactics of trainning of safeguarding and preserving it,this paper aims at providing many constructive suggestions for the mental health of teacher and making teacher better serve students,parents,schools and all society.
