市场经济条件下用人机制的转变以及大专院校的扩招,使得刚走完合并重组之路的职业教育学校又一次面临新的困境。在大力开展多层次办学的同时,建立中职到高职的人才立交桥,实现教学管理、教学内容、师资建设、学籍和教育管理等方面的有效转变,夯实高等职业教育的建设基础,形成中职到高职教育的良性循环机制。

The transformation of the employment system under the market economic conditions and the expanding enrollment of the colleges and universities make the vocational technical schools of incorporation and combination in a new hardship.While they are running schools in multileveled ways,they make transformation in management,content,teachers and school rolls etc to set up a flyover between secondary and higher vocational education of the capable people.
