心宝治疗病态窦房结综合征临床研究

Clinical Investigation on Xinbao for Sick Sinus Syndrome

目的 :探讨心宝对病态窦房结综合征 (SSS)的治疗作用。方法 :选择确诊为SSS的住院患者 38例 ,随机分为 2组 ,在常规治疗基础上 ,心宝组 (A组 ) 2 0例 ,加用心宝 180～ 36 0mg ,心先安组 (B组 ) 18例 ,分别于用药前后记录 12导联心电图及 2 4hHolter心电图。结果 :用药前后组内平均心率比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,组间平均心率比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :心宝治疗SSS方法简单 ,价格低廉 ,疗效好 ,无明显副作用 ;

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xinbao on patients with sick sinus syndrome(SSS). Methods: 38 patients with SSS were randomly divided into 2 groups: one (A group) taking oral Xinbao and the other (B group) taking xinxianan as control on the base of routine treament. 12 lead surface electrocardiogram and Holter were recorded in all patients before and after treatment. Results: Mean heart rates of the groups were obviously increased after treatment( P <0.01); but the chang of mean heaart rates of A was not different from B group( P >0.05). Conclusion: Xinbao may be a effective and safe drug for treating SSS.
