摘要
80年代末,中国兵器工业第58研究所在分析数控产品市场和本所技术储备的基础上,引入企业管理模式,成立数控产品事业部,自主开发了拥有知识产权的SWAI车、铣等数控系统。由于SWAI数控系统具有C补偿、多种通讯接口、抗干扰能力强、机床改造配套、集群控制等特点和良好的用户培训、售后服务质量,以及上级主管部门的重视和用户单位积极配合,成功地用于全国20多个省市近千台旧机床的改造。在国防科技工业航天066基地、航空420厂、兵器152厂、兵器356厂、兵器497厂和兵器256厂等单位,采用本系统进行机床数控改造,为完成军民品生产计划作出了积极的贡献。
At the end of eighty years, based on the market of CNC products and technology capability in NO. 58 research institute, the management system architecture was imported, department of CNC products was founded, SWAI CNC systems for lathe and milling machine with intellectual property were developed. The SWAI CNC systems have many characteristics of C compensation, various communication interfaces, machine tool reforming and matching, group control, anti-jamming, favorable user training and marketing service, and attaching importance to it of managerial department and the teamwork of user. The systems have been successfully applied for reforming of old machine tool in more than 20 provinces / cities in China. For instance, SWAI CNC systems have been applied in base 066, factory 420, 152, 356, 497 and 216, etc. importance effect was attained in the production for military product and commercial product.
