摘要
在指出传统递阶型FMS固有不足的同时,提出了基于单元间协商自治的FMS分布式控制结构。在该结构中,车间控制器与单元控制器间不再是简单的主从关系,各单元间的联系不是必须通过车间控制器来进行,而能直接对话,协商解决生产加工中的问题。这种体系结构的核心是单元协商机制,可通过“请求、响应”的方式完成,系统调度可通过单元决策的分解和单元控制与优化决策来实现。这种各单元既具备局部自治权、必要时又能相互配合的控制结构,克服了传统FMS中控制过于集中和系统本身缺乏灵活性等不足。
Point out the defects of traditional hierachical FMS control architecture, then FMS distributed control architecture based on autonomic cells is brought forward. The relation between workshop controllers and cell controllers is no longer principal and subordinate relation in the architecture. Cells can directly communicate with each other, and solve any problem existing in manufacturing, doing not via workshop controller. The kernel of this architecture is negotiation mechanism of cells, and it can be completed via the 'request, answer' mode. The system scheduling is realized through disassembling of cell decision, cell control and optimizing. Each cell has power of local autonomy, and can negotiate with each other when it is necessary. This architecture overcomes some defects in hierachical FMS architecture.
