摘要
以江苏省CAD应用推广示范工程中Simtong-PDM系统开发为例,就其图档管理子系统老图纸计算机化的问题,分析了工程图纸计算机化的意义和PDM系统进行图纸计算机化存在的问题。在此基础上总结了工程图纸计算机化的策略,提出了结构简单的图纸和标准件图选择人工重绘、同类结构图由老图修改派生、复杂图纸采用扫描并矢量化处理相结合的方法,以及所使用的硬件平台和软件工具。并介绍了Simtong-PDM系统中图档的建立、分类、更改和借用,给出了图档管理子系统的功能图(IDEF0)和图档录入流程。
Taking the development of Simtong-PDM in CAD applications demonstration project in Jiangsu province as an example, and aiming at the problems in computerizing of old engineering drawings, the significance of the computerizing of engineering drawings and the problem existed in the drawings computerizing of PDM system is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, the strategies for the computerizing of engineering drawings were summarized. The methods that combines manual-work re-drawing for simple drawings with modifying and deriving from same drawings and vector processing for complex drawings were presented. The hardware platform and software tools used in the computerizing of engineering drawings was described. Also the establishment, classifying, modification and borrowing of document in the Simtong-PDM system are introduced, and the function fig. (IDEF0) as well as document-select flow chart of document management subsystem are given.
