摘要
分析了采用静标体制的铜柱测压器系统产生动态误差的原因 ,介绍了塑性测量元件准动态标定的含义及意义 ;利用塑性状态铜柱的本构方程建立了铜柱测压器的数学模型 ,运用计算机对其进行了动态仿真 ,仿真结果与试验测量结果相符 。
In this paper, the reasons of dynamic erros caused by copper cylinder pressure-measuring system using static calibration are analyzed. The meaning and significance of the quasi-dynamic calibration with the plastic measuring elements are also introduced. The mathematical model of the copper cylinder crusher gauge is derived by means of the constitutive equation of the copper cylinders in plastic state. Dynamic simulation is accomplished by computer, and the results of simulation correspond with those of experiments, which demonstrates the feasibility of the mathematical model.
