摘要
介绍了适合于小批量处理坡莫合金的氢气退火炉的设计方案.采用该方案制作的氢气退火炉由气源部分、井式高温炉、炉罐、缓冷炉和急冷槽组成.该炉能满足坡莫合金退火工艺要求,即坡莫合金在干氢(露点低于-40℃)保护下高温退火(1 100~1 200℃),并且能控制合金的降温速度.采用该氢气退火炉处理的坡莫合金(1J85)的直流磁性能完全达到国标要求.目前该炉已批量处理坡莫合金零件.
The design of a vertical hydrogen annealing furnace suitable for annealing permalloy in small batches is presented in this discussion. The furnace unit is consisted of a hydrogen supply source, a high temperature pit furnace, a furnace pot, a slow-cooling furnace, and a quench tank. The furnace, with a controlled cooling rate, can be used to anneal the permalloy in a dry hydrogen atmosphere with a dew point below - 40X3 at high temperature of 1 100 - 1 200℃ . The D. C. magnetic properties of the permalloy (1J85) annealed with this furnace can well meet the National Standards. The furnace has been used to anneal permalloy parts in batches.
