研究防弹头盔的盔衬、紧固带与盔体的联接方式对防弹头盔防弹性能的影响,结果表明合适的点焊工艺参数,点焊后再经热处理的方案,可以保证盔衬、紧固带与盔体的联接强度,盔体的防弹性能满足GA293—2001标准要求.

A method of connecting the linings and fastening strips to the helmet body of a bullet-proof helmet is described, and its effect on the bullet-proofing performance of the helmet studied. It is shown that a satisfactory connection strength is ensured by selecting appropriate spot welding parameters and applying a post-welding heat treatment to the helmet. The bullet-proofing performance of the helmet so manufactured can well meet the standards of GA293-2001.
