师生关系与学生个性培养有着密切的关系。传统的师生关系对学生个性成长是不利的 ,教学实践中紧张型冷漠型的师生关系对学生个性的发展也是不利的。要促进学生个性的发展 ,师生之间应具有民主平等、尊重与信任 。
