Attaching importance to the Construction of the Ranks of Student Work in the Peorganized College of Science and Engineering

近年来各地合并升格组建了不少理工科院校 ,本文简要分析了这些院校学生工作队伍存在的主要问题 。

Recent years, more colleges of science and engineering have been combined and upgraded in China. This article analyses briefly the common problem existing in the ranks of student work in these colleges, and puts forward the cardinal countermeasures to strengthen and improve them.
