从全球范围讲 ,世界经济一体化已是不可逆转的大趋势 ,在这一大趋势下 ,国与国之间的经济联系日益紧密 ,使得各国之间的经济利益不可分割 ,从而共同发展与繁荣成了世界关心和着力解决的世纪性课题。中俄两国是大国 ,又是互为最大的邻国 ,它们之间的经贸关系既有很大的潜力。因此 ,认真总结中俄建交 10年多来的经贸合作的经验和教训 ,并在此基础上提出对策建议 ,这对巩固和发展两国的全面政治经济关系至关重要。今天 ,一个蓬勃发展、潜力巨大的俄罗斯市场已呈现在了我们面前 。

From the perspective of the whole world, global economic integration is an irreversible tendency. Under this tendency, the economic links between countries became increasingly close, making the economic interest between countries undividable. Therefore, to achieve joint development and prosperity became the century task that the whole world concerned and managed to handle. Both China and Russia are big countries, and they are neighbors. The economic and trade relations between them have great potential. Thus, carefully summarizing the experiences and lessons of economic and trade cooperation between two countries in last ten years after the establishment of the diplomatic relations, and putting up with countermeasure proposals on this basis, are of significant importance to consolidate and develop overall political and economic relations between two countries. Today, Russia has emerged as a flourishing giant market with great potential. We must adopt new ideas to develop bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
