本文对高校系统查处违法违纪案件工作的现状和出现一些原因作了初探 ,提出了提高认识是前题 ,党委重视是关健 ,支持与参与是保证 。

In this article the author has explored originally present conditions which is about the investigation on cases of violating law in the system of college and some reasons existed. He also indicates that improving recognition is the premise, attaching the importance that communist committee is the key, supporting and participant is the pledge, and cadres construction is the basement.
