摘要
论述了在机械传动系统的传动轴上串联安装力矩过载保护装置的必要性 ,分析了这类力矩过载保护装置常见结构类型的优缺点。明确指出弹簧作用可恢复式力矩摩擦保护装置是一种很实用可靠的结构。论述了该种装置的盘式和浮动镶块式两种结构所能产生的摩擦力矩 Ma 及所需保护的力矩 Mq的计算方法。对某种设备设计完成了过载保护装置的两种具体结构。所有这些为其工业实际的应用奠定了坚实的基础。
The necessity of installing moment overload protection device in shafts of mechanic transmission system is discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of usual moment overload protection device are analyzed. It is explicitly pointed out that the spring force applied restorable friction moment overload protection device is practical and reliable. The calculation methods of friction moments for two types of friction couple of the dish and floating inlay friction block as well as its overloading protection device are introduced. As a result, the specific structures of the two kinds of moment overloading protection devices are designed.
