摘要
针对在电主轴轴系转子动静特性分析中轴系转子刚度局部变化的情况 ,在现有通用有限元软件又难以满足这一计算要求的情况下自行开发了计算软件 ,把有限元迭代法应用于计算分析中。通过该软件进行计算 ,较好的解决了局部刚度变化的问题 ,既减少了计算开销 ,提高解算效率 ,也克服了传统设计过于简化带来的误差。
We present a method for solving the problem ofpartial change of rigidity in analysis of static-dynamic characterisitic of shaft rotor in motorized spindle and developed a special software because the common FEM software can not satisfy all requirements. Calculations of a practical example show that this FEIM (Finite Element Iterative Method) for analysis of static-dynamic characterisitic of shaft rotor in motorized spindle saves calculating time, and its design accuracy is better than traditional method.
