基于测量点的草图平面与草图轮廓生成算法研究

摘要 提出了在 CATIA二次开发平台上 ,首先由测量点生成草图轮廓 ,再根据用户对设计意图的理解 ,按照正向设计的思路 ,反求结构件三维模型的思想。主要研究了基于测量点的草图平面的提取 ,草图平面上草图轮廓线生成的相关算法。并提出利用类似草图轮廓生成的算法 ,由测量点构造曲面上的若干截面线 ,并构造出曲面上的特征线 ,然后反求自由曲面模型的方法。 This paper gives a method to create 3D models of structural parts implemented on CATIA developing platform, which firstly creates sketch profiles from data points, secondly reconstructs the 3D models of structural parts in terms of ordinary design procedures based on design intent. The interrelated algorithms are addressed for sketch-plane fitting and sketch-profile creating from a set of data points. Moreover, an approach for free-style surface reconstruction is given, which takes advantage of the algorithm similar to the above sketch-profile creating method to construct section lines, and thus reconstructs the surface models with the section lines and characteristic lines.
