摘要
开发了三维温度场计算程序 ,模拟了活塞铸件在不同界面换热系数下的金属型凝固进程 ,说明界面换热系数对金属型凝固速度影响很大 ,可作为调节金属型凝固的控制因素。同时还对比说明了相对计算的意义。
A 3D program for simulating temperature field was developed. Using it, we simulated the solidification process of a little piston casting in permanent casting mould with different interface exchange coeffients ( h ), and the results show that: (1) h has great effect on solidification and can be used as a control factor in coordinating solidification;(2) relative computing is usable.
