摘要
一般金属材料不能满足水压传动元件的耐蚀耐磨要求 ,在不锈钢表面通过等离子喷涂工程陶瓷可以使摩擦副元件同时具有金属的韧性和陶瓷的耐磨性。在自制的柱塞滑靴副摩擦磨损试验台上 ,对表面分别喷涂 AL2 O3·13% Ti O2 、Cr2 O3· 5 Si O2 · 3Ti O2 、AL2 O3· 4 0 % Ti O2 、Zr O2 · Mg O的斜盘与工程塑料配对做了磨损试验 ,表明Cr2 O3· 5 Si O2 · 3Ti O2 、Zr O2 · Mg O具有较好的摩擦磨损特性。
General metal can not satisfys the anti-corrosion and anti-wear requirements of water power transmission components, whereas friction pair components can possess both the stiffness of metal and the anti-wear feature of ceramic by plasma-spraying engineering ceramic on the surface of stainless steel. On the friction and wear test rig of piston and slipper pairs, experiment is performed on the swashplate coated with AL 2O 3·13%TiO 2, Cr 2O 3·5SiO 2·3 TiO 2, AL 2O 3·40%TiO 2, and ZrO 2·MgO respectively while the counterpart is made of engineering plastic. Results show that Cr 2O 3·5SiO 2·3 TiO 2, and ZrO 2·MgO have relatively good tribological characteristics.
