摘要
目的头孢噻呋钠制备工艺的研究。方法7-ACA与2-呋喃甲硫羟酸缩合后,与AE活性酯反应得头孢噻呋酸,然后依次将之转化为头孢噻呋盐酸盐及头孢噻呋钠。结果以7-ACA计算,总重量收率为78.9%。结论此方法收率高,产品纯度好,适合工业化生产。
Objective To study the preparation method of ceftiofur sodium. Method The condensation product of 7 ACA with furan 2 thiol formic acid and reacted with AE thiolester to obtain ceftiofur acid.Then ceftiofur acid was converted to ceftiofur hydrochloride and ceftiofur sodium successively. Result If caculated by 7 ACA,the total weight yield of ceftiofur sodium was 78.9% .Conclusion The method afforded high yield,highly pure product,and was suitable for industrialization.
