结晶状态对铜内耗频率谱的影响

摘要 用内耗频率谱仪测量了多晶铜、纳米晶铜和单晶铜试样的内耗频率谱,在170,320以及490 Hz附近观测到3个明 显的共振吸收频率峰. 3种试样在晶粒结构上存在极大差别,但其共振吸收内耗峰出现在相同频率范围,这说明产生内耗频率峰 的机制与晶体缺陷和晶粒尺度无关,而与材料的晶体点阵性质密切相关. Internal friction (IF) frequency spectra of polycrystalline copper, nano-structured copper and single crystal copper specimens were measured by an internal friction frequency spectrum apparatus. Three IF frequency peaks presented at about 170 Hz, 320 Hz and 490 Hz were observed at the internal friction tan Phi-f curves for three copper samples. The positions of IF frequency peaks are about the same for the three samples which have great difference in crystalline state. It means that the IF frequency peaks are not related to the dislocations and other crystal defects. It is possible to deduce that IF frequency peaks are associated with the nature of the crystal lattice.
